A Z train that is usually dubbed "junk power" arrives Chicago this morning with a pair of C44-9W's... at least it is an H1/Warbonnet combo... still not too shabby.

More and more of BNSF's SD40-2's seem to get retired day by day... and here is a quality pair leading the 5 day a week St. Paul to Chicago Z train.
